Experience description
Bruno Micheletti purchased this estate in 1963 for 9 million lire, this is why it was called "Le novelire", an homage to this great moment of joy and satisfaction for his entire family. This small family business is located just a few steps away from Via Bolgherese. With its 9 hectares of land, it aims at a niche and high quality production, characterised by native vines such as Sangiovese and Malvasia, with the addition of other types from Bordeaux, such as the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Follow Fabrizio to live a unique experience: after visiting the vineyards and the facilities, he will invite you to the cellar where you will enjoy a customised tasting directly from the barriques. You can try different grape varieties, such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, as well as many different vintages, such as 2018 and 2017. Here, you will also understand how wine evolves over time while aging in barriques. Finally, you will have the opportunity to combine the grapes of your choice and create a customised wine.
